creativity as a path to emotional wellness in the Southside Creative Wellness Group! This 5-week program is designed for youth to explore art, music, writing, and other creative outlets as tools for self-expression, emotional release, and healing.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Each session will focus on a different form of creative expression, with all supplies provided\u2014from paint materials to journals and headphones. Participants will also learn valuable coping mechanisms to help manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges, all in a supportive, judgment-free environment. A light snack will be provided at each session.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">This program is open to all youth ages 14 to 18. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by young people of color, particularly in South Minneapolis, we aim to create a space where their experiences are centered and celebrated.
